Rarely answers or responds to phone calls or emails. Unreliable. We have complained about his behaviour to his team leader, the ombudsman and the integrity commission without any action.

How John is now a Team Leader I’ll never know. John is too busy working for his own volunteer company in work time to actually do the work he is paid to do. According to his team, he’s never available to them when they need. John makes terrible and unsafe decisions at the expense of the children he is responsible for.
