Covers up violent abuse of children by father. Lies in case notes (typed notes very different from handwritten notes). Heard father admit to beating the mother but denies it to managers. Writes letter for father to court making knowingly false allegations against mother. Tries to bully children into dropping reports of assaults of the children by father while trying to bully them into making false allegations against the mother. Calls the children liars to her managers despite knowing the children are telling the truth. It has led both children to self harm and the oldest thinks of suicide as a result.
