Case Worker Review System

Experience shows us that case workers in Departments of Child Protection often lie, fabricate evidence, manipulate and mislead the court (1). Some caseworkers however are quite the opposite and have a genuine interest in working with families to ensure positive outcomes. The caseworker review system enables parents to review their experiences with individual caseworkers and for parents who currently have an open child protection case to gain an understanding of the casework approach of the workers assigned to their case through the experiences of others.
